Garden Party!

Dududududu ~

This is the first time I post something with English, so im sorry for my bad English and other random stuffs lol. After re-read some of my posts I just realized that I always write disorderedly. Well thats the way I write, write everything that comes from my mind and too lazy to arrange x'D Anyway in this post, I'll tell you about yesterday's event, no no its not Japanese-related like always :v you know there are A LOT of japanese-events recently in my town, every weekend since the first week of May till next week and I am kinda sick of that so I decide to attend the different event :3

And, welcome to the first Garden Party in Malang!!

happyhello's twitter account: happyhello

Actually I didnt know what "Garden Party" is like, but after watched the teaser, it looks awesome A_A. Like we picnic at garden, coffee and cake and sandwich and friends and the wind blows gently <3. Simple, no fussy MC, just accoustic-performances and mini-games. Really want to go there!

Its location is in Padi Resort and it is somehow remote from the main-street lol. Kinda hard to find the place but salute to the commitees they put signs at every junction so we wont lost. Its quiet there, so perfect to picnic and its near to the river where you can fish! >< At first I thought Padi is just the name cause in Indonesian language, "Padi" stands for "Uncooked Rice" and rice is the main food here, but OMG THERE IS A PADI FIELD THERE!! Not too wide but its awesome that there is a resort in Malang that has a padi field inside.

The entrance ticket is cheap only IDR 15k. You will get a ribbon as a sign that you are a visitor so you can join everything inside, and a coupon for photo-booth. I and my friends come at 11, and idk if there is something wrong or what but most of the food-booths arent ready yet TT there is an "Icip-icip session", which means you can try all of the food testers for free A_A We decide to take some photos and join the mini games first tehe~

Their games are simple, throwing rings into a bottle, looking for marbles, and empty-can-bowling yet its so funny and if you win you can get prizes :3 Sadly I dont win haha. You can find some dartboards too, I always want to play this so I try twice and my darts are lost, they wander to the outer spaces maybe :'v I realize that I am a very very bad aimer lol

After play and take photos.. We are hungry. AND THE TESTERS ARE READY TO BE TORTURED YAAAAAAYYY~ I am glad that we come at noon so its not too crowded yet and we can choose the food peacefully. There are a lot of booths, like Ricebite, Bunchbead, Bageopa?, Tobi-Tobi,.. wait you can see all of them at the flyer actually lol.

Ricebite is awesome. Its more like onigiri but its conten is nugget and they add some topping on the outer, plus, they wrap it in a nice paper-bag, modern style tehe~
If you are a chicken-holic you have to try Bageopa?! As far as I know their special menu always contain chicken, and always unexpected. For the tester I get umm.. even the seller doesnt know the name, He says "Just try! You wont feel disappointed even if this doesnt have a name!" I just lol-ing so hard and yes he didnt lie xD It is like Karagee but more tasty and crunchy and they always add their special-secret-sauce ><
and Bunchbead, my friend said its unique and tasty, and its true =3 they sell cake-jar, its yummy! I try Chocolate-Devil flavour, its.. umm.. mixed ice-cream, chocolate-bread, chocolate-pasta, rice crispy, choco-crunch, and other chocolate in a jar <3 You have to try it guys!
For the drink, I try Tobi-Tobi. Yes their name is cute and their product just as sweet as their name. Its a syrup with milk and ice, shake it and its ready! They have 3 flavours, Sakura, Thai Tea, and Green Tea. People say Green Tea is the best but too bad I dont like tea so I choose Sakura instead and its so refreshing!

Actually I want to try ALL of them but I am not that greedy and my stomach wont fit lol. But I believe the other menus are awesome too hehe. Ah yes, if you feel curious about them you can stalk their twiiter account :p

Full tummy, happy mind, and its already 3pm so we decide to go back. But before that, remember that all of the visitors get coupon for photo-booth? You will be photograped and the photo will be printed x) And once more, its not only a photo sheet but they wrap it in a cute-paper-frame. The commitee's concept just way too awesome.

Byebye happyhello! Thanks for the awesomazing garden party and see you next time!
